Biden says he told Obama, ‘I’ll develop some disease and say I have to resign’

Just The News:

Was he joking? It’s hard to tell.

Joe Biden and his running mate Kamala Harris sat down on Thursday for a socially distanced interview with CNN host Jake Tapper.

Biden said working with Harris hasn’t held “any surprise” and told Tapper, “I understand how campaigns can sometimes get a little out of whack a little bit,” adding that he doesn’t “hold grudges.”

Remember, Harris blasted Biden during the debates for the Democratic nomination, recalling his opposition to school busing in the 1970s and opening up about her own history. “There was a little girl in California who was a part of the second class to integrate her public schools and she was bused to school every day,” she said. “And that little girl was me.”

Harris then confronted Biden, asking, “Do you agree today that you were wrong to oppose busing in America?”

“I did not oppose busing in America,” Biden replied during the July debate. “What I opposed is busing ordered by the Department of Education.”

Not so, according to New York Times. “In reality, Mr. Biden was a leading opponent of busing in the Senate during the 1970s and 1980s, and his opposition went beyond the federal government’s role in the practice.”

In the July debate, Harris also called out Biden on the issue of race, saying the way he described his amiable working relationships in the past with two segregationist lawmakers was “hurtful.” read more

  1. A year ago, if someone asked me to take some time and think about the absolute worst person in America to become President, the most dangerous, low IQ, easily manipulated person, devoid of acceptable morals, standards and etiquette, Harris would have been at the very top of the list.

This is so catastrophic for America, I have no words.

  2. America under a Harris-Biden administration: Many fact checkers will be out of business. Already being praised by media as the most transparent, truthful, and honest admin in history (after diverse). The only fact checking business that remain will have to fight over crumbs that are allowed to briefly slip past censors from any opposition in order to manufacture a controlled showing of dissent. Who will be crushed ruthlessly.

    The left is despicable.

  3. “He will not occupy the White House. Trump will win. Momentum has shifted.”

Where do you see momentum shifting?

And I’m talking among the official political venues and the average public, not among his supporters who are enthusiastically grabbing on to everything they can and using it to pump up their hopes.

I’m still giving Trump a 1 in 20 chance, but that is looking shaky as of today and likely to go downhill over the next week.

FWIW, I wouldn’t have given anyone other than Trump any chance at all.

  4. Joe was not joking. Joking requires a sense of humor, which in turn requires a certain level of intelligence, which Joe lacks. I have had Labrador Retrievers with a higher IQ than Joe. No, Joe has no filter; he just blurts out whatever he is thinking, and depends on the press to clean up the mess he leaves behind.

Are you watching CNN? Team Trump grabbed one of those voting machines and guess what. It’s switching Trump votes to Biden. That was enough to get AZ to investigate their Dominion voting machines. Combine that with the witnesses they’ve had come forward and the videos and I’d certainly call that a shift in momentum from last week.

  6. Although I’m not convinced that Trump will pull this off, I do get the warm fuzzies at the thought of in the end all those Biden cabinet picks will be saying ,”Crap, I was nice to that doddering old fool for nothing”.

The tipping point has been past, a critical mass of evidence has moved the needle considerably in the last couple days. I was at the Ford dealership today and in the waiting area the conversation between libs was regarding their resignation to the evidence being overwhelming
