Gateway Pundit: On Friday, 76 of 141 Republican representatives in Pennsylvania sent a letter asking Congress to reject the state’s 20 electors, appointed by Democratic Gov. Tom Wolf, who would be voting for Joe Biden.
The representatives also asked for an independent prosecutor and a review of the agency that oversees elections.

They need to send a letter to the Rino’s in there own delegation first. History will not be kind to those backstabbing cowards.
As of yesterday, Biden has 279 State election certified electoral votes.
That number isn’t going to go down, it will only go up.
The incoming Congress isn’t going to reject the electoral votes the States send them through the Electoral College, they will certify them.
If for any reason they were to be rejected, which would be extraordinary and highly questionable Constitutionally, the Democrats and the go along Republicans in the House would deliver the same result and Biden would become President by their appointment, Harris if Biden were somehow removed from the picture by then.
The only real battle would be who the Senate would appoint for Vice President if this should occur.
That’s the way the system is designed in the Constitution and how it will work.

It’s just sick. The dems did this same thing to the bernies against hillary.
In Las Vegas, the voters were shuttled around town and told, “you can’t vote HERE” or “you aren’t registered” and any other excuse to not let them vote.
And you know I can’t stand socialists/dems but their votes were robbed. If it happened in Nevada, I know it happened in other states.
Now, bernie got paid so he didn’t care. He never did stand up to say something on behalf of his voters or demand a recount or an investigation.
Trump sees the garbage pulled against us and he DOES say something.
But he gets trashed by his own party. Unbelievable.
Keep in mind, it isn’t just the R’s getting votes stolen. The dems’ votes got taken, too.

A civil war against the Constitution and the specific Constitutionally specified electoral procedures?
It won’t last long, and won’t involve many people, and those it does will pay a very heavy price for engaging in it (as in death or imprisonment).
You either uphold and defend the Constitution or you don’t, some of us took an oath to that effect, and there is no excuse to be made for not knowing what it contains.
Constitution says we vote. Our vote is our freedom. Once that goes, through cheating,etc., there’s nothing, not even the Constitution.

If President Trump’s team provides evidence of fraud sufficient to change the electoral college vote and it is ignored by the states, courts and congress then the constitution was not upheld. At that point there is only one choice for the citizens of the USA.

You need to actually read the Constitution and its provisions.
It isn’t what you’ve been told it by someone, it isn’t what you just think it is, it isn’t what you want it to be, it’s what’s in writing andr and what’s in the books.
To simplify it, the Electoral Congress elects the President and in lieu of thet the House appoints him (or her).
That’s the specific Constitutional process, if you believe otherwise show the sections of the Constitution and the law behind it.

I have read article 2 and the 12th amendment.
It’s not that I want a war. I believe there are enough people who are fed up with the stench of our elected officials, and believe that their votes are being ignored by illegal means. The crimes committed against President Trump, his aids (and General Flynn specifically) by the FBI, DOJ and the courts are proof that justice is being ignored for political means. As I said above, if PROVEN election fraud is ignored then the constitution is not being followed and the people will know it.
Don’t stick you head in the sand and preach “but the constitution!”. If criminals in power are subverting it the people have only one choice, or lose their freedoms that their ancestors fought and died for.
Do I understand the reasoning to be, citizens were allowed to vote so, despite obvious fraud in the counting and certification process, they are to accept the results and behave while their new lords and masters rule? While that would be considered normal in many 3rd world countries, I choose to believe there are a significantly large number of Americans who believe in the sacred freedom of self rule. A large percentage believe this is a fraudulent election. While it’s true the first to revolt will be put down quickly and severely, their actions will likely light a spark in others. I do not believe the American military has the strength or will to take on an enraged Citizenry. And, should the government attempt to disarm the public, all hell is going to break loose.
Sounds like a story line for a really good political thriller. I pray we won’t have to experience it in real life.

A large percentage of the Left believed the last one was too, all that Russia stuff and such among other things.
And before that there was all that hanging chad stuff in Florida that led many of them to believe the same thing about that election.
But, in the end, the official results are the final results and that is what we live with. If there was a time to do anything about it it would have been before the vote, not after it, and no one seemed to be taking that action at the time even though it was obvious that they should have been.

Seems to me someone who puts this much effort into comments and replies might use an alias rather than posting as “Anonymous.”
If this is allowed to stand it will happen again and again. At what point do the people become justified in taking back the government? Cause the way I see it, the ballot box ain’t working.
And people wonder why I am registered as an Independent in PA – been burned by these clowns too many times and it’s why I like Trump – He’s people first and party swamp last.

What makes you so certain of that? If any of Trump’s legal actions are adjudicated in his favor, Biden’s numbers could go down and Trump’s will go up. In real life, an innocent verdict can be changed to a guilty one later, and a guilty verdict can be changed to an innocent one later. There are miscarriages of justice, and potentially nothing is immune from being changed or overturned if the facts support it. The constitution itself has been modified by amendments.

What ever happens this election the process of voting must change and become valid, secure, transparent and verifiable. If that happens there is still hope for future elections.
