Allen West: Seven States Will Join Texas in SCOTUS Lawsuit Against Georgia, Michigan, Wisconsin and Pennsylvania

GWP:
Col. Allen West joined Steve Bannon Tuesday evening on The War Room.   Allen West, the Republican Party Texas state leader, went on to discuss today’s Texas lawsuit against Georgia, Michigan, Wisconsin and Pennsylvania at the Supreme Court.

West told Steve Bannon that Louisiana joined the lawsuit on Tuesday afternoon.

Louisiana AG Jeff Landry announced earlier this afternoon that Louisiana is joining in on the Texas lawsuit filed yesterday against the states of Georgia, Michigan, Wisconsin and Pennsylvania over irregularities and lawlessness in the conduct of the 2020 election.

Allen West told Steve Bannon, “I think you’re going to see ten states sign on to this petition and lawsuit.  I know as you said Louisiana just came on board.”

  1. Mark this as the beginning of the Balkanization of the States…at least two connecting states are on the same page legally, forming a sort of alliance, against states they see as CORRUPT.

Imagine IF Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia(maybe not now) and Florida would follow ‘suit’???

    Then maybe South Carolina…etc…

    THAT’s how it starts…CW 2.0

Not something I advocate, but something I might have to prepare my crew for…

  2. And so, what’s the remedy they seek? Elections thrown out in sued states forcing those state legislatures to appoint Electors, instead? Or forego appointing Electors entirely, thus denying anyone 270?

This election is a nation-wide fraud from start to finish. It’s going to be up to the chief law enforcement officer of the land, The President Of The United States, to begin fixing it. And the President is waiting for everyone else to do his bidding for him.

The worst case is he doesn’t have the balls.

The best case is that he does.

Yell at me. I’ll be here all week.

  3. there’s not enough popcorn in the whole world right now

Jordan Sekulow: I can already report now the Supreme Court has put on the docket the parties: Georgia, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin and Pennsylvania. When you look at the states that were named they have to now respond by Thursday at 3 PM to this bill of complaint.

  4. Every state that joins this makes it harder for the SCOTUS to deny a decision. If they won’t hear this, what do they see as their purpose? The ‘injury’ they require is the national interests of every voter in the USA. Elections are the method for ‘free speech’ individually, and as sovereign state residents. Protect them SCOTUS.
