My dad always said I had pipes (I’m related to a famous opera star in Germany) and I had the privileged to sing as first coloratura the H Chorus every year in the church in CT that had the top rated organ and acoustics in New England which always sent shivers down my spine. Great memories (oh, and we had an orchestra too!).

Thanks MJA I needed that. The Hallelujah Chorus is one that I can listen to over and over again, and still get goosebumps every time. That and Highland Cathedral – pipe and organ accompaniment.

Very well done, thank you. My father in law loved listening to the entirety of the Hallelujah Chorus every Christmas. I sat down with him one Christmas and listened to all of it with him, he was a good man a very special father in law to me and father of 9 children. He liked to brag that they all came from the same woman, my equally great mother in law. I miss them both, they were the best in laws that I could’ve ever had.
