Geller Report:
‘Act for the Freedom to Express One’s Views and Obtain and Disseminate Information on the Internet’ will give social media users a statutory right to appeal bans and content removals on social media platforms such as Facebook on Twitter, which they will be able to escalate to a new Court for the Protection of Freedom of Speech in a streamlined, all-digital process.
Poland on the cutting edge of individual rights and liberty. Who’d a thunk it?
And they’re sposed to be dumb?
FFS!

Damn, I may have to seriously consider Poland as a place to retire.
They fought for their freedom in recent history and will not forget the insidious ways of creeping communism.
I remember when the International Criminal Court in the Hague (a fraudulent UN made up kangaroo court) threatened to try Bush and Co., along with the CIA and private contract workers with war crimes and torture, my feeling then was ,”Goodfuckingluck, you have no authority over us, stick with what you guys do best, like raping refugees in third world shitholds”.
Similarly, this “feel good” proposal will not regulate or change the anti- American anti-free speech proclivities of social media. There is no mechanism for enforcement and there are several work arounds, like banning all accounts emanating from the host country.
It’s great that other freedom loving nations have figured out what progressive liberty hating tools Dorsey, Pachai and Zuckerberg are, something we have known all along.
they saved Vienna in 1683
They took the lead 30 years ago when they elected Lech Walesa!
Good people.
They remember Communism and being betrayed by The Allies after WW2.
They are not stupid like most of Europe.
Glad to see “Tim” back with us!
