Gab CEO completely backed up President Trump’s Twitter account before it was deleted and recreated him on Gab! What’s even more impressive is the did this while traffic was up 700% and under attack from leftists. Gab is currently having servers upgraded to handle the large influx in traffic but we’re told it should stabilize soon.

  8. I cannot figure out Gab–I am on it but I can’t figure out how to follow people. I was able to do that on the now defunct Parler. What am I missing?

    On the bright side, I am happy they were able to save PDJT’s twitter history.

    I agree with the free market competition Stir, but I bet a bunch of people would wake up real fast if there were some BLM-Antifa type protests at there buildings or homes.

  15. GAB also has all the comments, whatever they are called, to Trump’s tweets. They can be searched by tweeter, and a catalogue of each tweeters tweets complied. There is a ton a very nasty material in there.

  16. I watched a video by Michael Knowles today. He was pointing out how the left used to say “Start your own Twitter.” Then it became “Start your own server.” Then it became “Start your own URL registration service.” Next it will be “Start your own internet.”

    You may be seeing effects of their server lag.

    To follow someone, click on their name or avatar. Their profile page should appear. Just below the images, on the right, you should see a star, some dots, a couple quote balloons, and a “Follow” button. Click follow, you’re good. I’ve seen it take a few minutes or even need a refresh to get the follow button to appear.

    Thanks! I just don’t see anyone’s name or avatar just some random comments. On Parler there were suggestions on the side. I am not usually this dense–or at least I can figure things out but I am stumped. I have even typed peoples’ names in the search bar and nada. Oh well, at least I managed to get on it!

  25. There’s one YUGE reason to join GAB: to follow POTUS Trump! Even if you never use GAB for anything else, join and follow Trump, so that his numbers continue to increase. Twitter can bite us, but they can’t do a damn thing about Trump’s GAB popularity, and that’s best reflected in the number of his followers. Plus you’ll get POTUS Trump’s messages directly to your email or phone.

  27. OK, the idea your giving your bank account number to GAB if you sign up is asinine. You need a telephone number or e mail address and have the mental fortitude to come up with a name.   28. FWIW, Parler (don’t know about Gab) made some really bad coding errors that left users open to identification and/or being located and it’s been reported that unfriendlies downloaded most of the site’s contents before the plug was pulled. This information will be used to harm people.

    Don’t be stupid with your posts and maybe don’t join anything until the dust settles a bit.

    President Trump should definitely be at home on Gab.
    The left overplayed their hand. They never expect repercussions.

  33. Corky, type in a person’s ID (starts with @ followed by whatever they use as their ID) in the field to the upper left of the page (just to the right of the green logo “gab”. Then when you type it in that field, hit your ‘enter’ key (don’t use the magnifying glass icon; doesn’t work for me. Could just be that it’s so busy.) Then click on the oval button “follow”.

    If you are doing this during the day, could take you several tries before it works. I’ve been doing most of my follows in the wee hours when there are less people trying to get registered. 80 million patriots at one time makes it pretty busy!
