Why Twitter and FB must ban the NY Times

NoMoreFakeNews:

Message to Mark Zuckerberg and Jack Dorsey: you have to ban the NY Times. Now.

I’ve got the hard evidence.

The Times, on at least three separate occasions, has published terribly corrosive information that would destroy the official COVID narrative.

Do you realize what that means? People could form a different picture of the pandemic. They could, after reading the Times, decide the situation ISN’T DANGEROUS, AND THE LOCKDOWNS AREN’T NECESSARY. THEY COULD DECIDE ONLY A FOOL WOULD LINE UP FOR THE VACCINE.

I’ll lay it all out for you, dear reader. I’m sure you’ll agree Twitter and FB must take action at once.

ONE: September 22, 2020, the Times: “These Coronavirus Trials Don’t Answer the One Question We Need to Know”:

“If you were to approve a coronavirus vaccine, would you approve one that you only knew protected people only from the most mild form of Covid-19, or one that would prevent its serious complications?”

“The answer is obvious. You would want to protect against the worst cases.”

“But that’s not how the companies testing three of the leading coronavirus vaccine candidates, Moderna, Pfizer and AstraZeneca, whose U.S. trial is on hold, are approaching the problem.”

  1. As it will be in the future, it was at the birth of Man—
There are only four things certain since Social Progress began:—
That the Dog returns to his Vomit and the Sow returns to her Mire,
    And the burnt Fool’s bandaged finger goes wabbling back to the Fire;

And that after this is accomplished, and the brave new world begins
When all men are paid for existing and no man must pay for his sins,
As surely as Water will wet us, as surely as Fire will burn,
The Gods of the Copybook Headings with terror and slaughter return

  2. The criteria used for evaluating the vaccines is whether they prevent infection. So WHY not a criteria of serious illness or death? Because it’s extremely hard to do the statistics on those because they are so ***RARE***. In the Pfizer report to the FDA, 17,411 people got the two vaccine shots and 17,511 got placebos. After some time, 8 of the vaccinated wound up getting infected, while 162 of the control group. Yay, the vaccine works (even if we’re counting people who got mild symptoms or no symptoms at all).

But what about people actually more severely affected? That’s what we’d REALLY like to know! The Pfizer report DOES tell that and it’s eye-opening: In the vaccine group, only ONE person out of the eight who got infected were judged severely ill, while in the control group only THREE out of the 162 infected got severely ill. Thus, severe illness struck 0.0057% (1/17311) of the vaccine group and 0.017% (3/17511) of the control group. (By the way, of those 3 one had low oxygen levels but was not hospitalized, one was hospitalized for COVID, and one was hospitalized for a heart block. No one died.) What kind of statistics can you do with THAT? You can’t draw much of any kind of a conclusion at all from numbers like these!!!!!

Now to be honest, we’d expect that if a vaccine does a good job in keeping you from getting infected, you’re dramatically less likely to get seriously sick or two die.

  3. Thinking about this some more: OK, the vaccine works very well to prevent infection and thus we can conclude that widespread vaccination will dramatically cut deaths. But this has an element of using a 6-inch bolt when a staple will do.

Instead of drastic lockdowns and massively complex vaccination programs, why not just treat people when and if they get sick? That was the whole premise of hydroxychloroquine: we know that good studies found it doesn’t keep you from getting infected, but so what? HCL appears to keep sick people from going into the cytokine storm and becoming seriously ill or dying. And to my knowledge, I haven’t seen any well-designed studies that disprove that.

  4. Hey I.m fuzzy on the vaccine. If you get the vaccine shot and after show signs of covid-19 does that make you contagious and a spreader, (not like in farm equipment)??? Anyone??
