Ex-TSA Agent Convicted For Tricking Woman Into Showing Him Her Breasts

WTAM: A former TSA agent pleaded no contest to charges related to a 2019 incident in which he tricked a female traveler into exposing her breasts. Authorities said that the victim was traveling through Los Angeles International Airport after losing her identification and debit cards.

As she went through security, a female TSA agent patted her down and informed her she needed to go to a private room for further screening. Johnathon Lomeli, 23, offered to escort the woman to the room and took her to an elevator. more

  1. I do not fly NOT for the fear of flight but because of the criminal TSA! Having a titanium knee puts me through the wringer every time…… and NO tsa does NOT make me feel safer and would not even were I not subjected to additional scrutiny. 2. The stupidity of putting people through these invasive searches while at the same time the government allows potential terrorists to flood across the border from all directions is just more leftist insanity.

  3. So if you tell a women that you are a TSA agent she will show you her boobs! Man, and all this time I have been wasting copious amounts of money buying expensive meals hoping for the same outcome!

  4. The game of making your own enemy so you can knock him down and then play the hero, the savior, is as old as the hills. Create the problem for everybody and then come in strong to solve it. So simple.

  5. Joe and his fellow genius’s have also r- implemented the travel ban while at the same time declared the southern border open. The scatterbrained idiots don’t demonstrate the slightest hint of common sense.
At the end of four years of this we’ll have nothing left but the smoldering ashes of what was once a country.

  6. …sadly, NOT the stupidest strip search story I’ve ever heard…

A hoax most cruel: Caller coaxed McDonald’s managers into strip-searching a worker
    Andrew WolfsonLouisville
    Know your rights
Employers may conduct pat-down searches of employees suspected of theft in the workplace, as long as they are not done in an offensive way, employment lawyers say.

“Employers have a right to make you empty your pockets, take off your coat or pass through a metal detector,” unless a union contracts prohibits it, said Louisville lawyer Alton Priddy, who represents employees. But he and James U. Smith III, who represents employers, said they’ve never heard of an employer strip-searching a worker and that it would be permissible only in the most limited settings, such as a defense plant entrusted with protecting military secrets.

Experts on employment law say companies should train every new employee that they don’t have to submit to a strip-search under any circumstance, regardless of who orders it.

Companies also should periodically inform operators and franchisees about strip-search hoaxes and other current scams, said Atlanta lawyer Mary Ann B. Oakley, who defended McDonald’s in a strip-search case and whose firm, Holland & Knight, publishes a newsletter for the hospitality industry.

She was a high school senior who had just turned 18 — a churchgoing former Girl Scout who hadn’t received a single admonition in her four months working at the McDonald’s in Mount Washington.

But when a man who called himself “Officer Scott” called the store on April 9, 2004, and said an employee had been accused of stealing a purse, Louise Ogborn became the suspect.

“He gave me a description of the girl, and Louise was the one who fit it to the T,” assistant manager Donna Jean Summers said.

Identifying himself as a police officer, the caller issued an ultimatum: Ogborn could be searched at the store or be arrested, taken to jail and searched there.

“I was bawling my eyes out and literally begging them to take me to the police station because I didn’t do anything wrong,” Ogborn said later in a deposition. She had taken the $6.35-an-hour position after her mother lost her job. “I couldn’t steal — I’m too honest. I stole a pencil one time from a teacher and I gave it back.”

Summers, 51, conceded later that she had never known Ogborn to do a thing dishonest. But she nonetheless led Ogborn to the restaurant’s small office, locked the door, and — following the caller’s instructions — ordered her to remove one item of clothing at a time, until she was naked.”

  7. Oppression in the name of security.

    Is mortals’ chiefest enemy.”

I actually witnessed a woman in a Hospital talked into taking off her blouse and brassiere – and she was there because she had a MIGRAINE!
I was in an adjacent stall being mis-diagnosed.

  8. No TSA in Israel. No x-ray machines. No pat downs. No incidents.

Why? They have several layers of well trained, steely eyed people asking seemingly innocuous questions. Same procedures at their terminals in the US. Ask me how I know.

Watching the TSA in action, all I can think is that it’s keeping 1,000s of pretty much otherwise unemployable people digging holes and then filling them.

I have to fly in a couple days and I am not looking forward to it.

  9. Well, I’m too old to be asked to see my boobs, and they certainly don’t want to look downstairs. There’s something to be said about being aged and well over the top of life. I just get waved through with a “no thank you” look on DHS face. 🙁

  10. His mistake was telling her she had nice breasts afterward. That tipped her off. Very unprofessional.

I was waiting in the security check line at our local airport several years ago, and the TSA, in full view of everyone in line, had a woman remove her blouse, but let her keep her bra on.

TSA = Too Stupid for Arby’s

  11. Unslung Hero
Me too. I find that if I ask nicely, it usually works. I have also found, oddly, that women are more likely to let me photograph their boobs than just show them.
