According to the article, it was the art gallery that told Spot to do this. It was not out of control.
Boston Dynamics is not happy with what they did.
That said, it does illustrate it is a weapon worse than any single firearm.
Not liking these robots so much. There is always a human behind it and we know anonymity foments bad behavior towards others.
