Author, conservative activist and My Pillow founder Mike Lindell went on with Steve Bannon on the War Room earlier today.
During their lengthy conversation, Mike Lindell announced he was going to counter sue Dominion Voting Systems.
This comes after Dominion announced in late February that they were suing Mike Lindell and others for $1.3 billion.
Mike Lindell: You’re also going to have My Pillow going after Dominion in a counter-suit and that’s going to be a speech. You’re going to have me go after them, counter-suing them. And both of this is going to happen… There are two cases. One will be My Pillow, one will be Mike Lindell. They’re both going to be a little bit different because what Dominion did is violate the rights of everyone in this country by using bullying lawsuits and RICO law. Basically what they’re saying to news outlets is, “If you let this guy on we’re going to sue you!” That’s racketeering. That goes back to the mafia days.

Definitely has standing since he is being sued and these are counter suits. Dominion itself gave him standing to sue them when they filed against him, something which might have been contested only if he had filed against them first.
He seems rather sure of himself, I’m following this with interest.
His expose video is convincing when you watch the last segment with the forensic footage. Dominion will have to explain, in court, what is happening on the video with evidence to the contrary.

…yep, in a just world with a functional legal system, you’d be correct.
But we don’t live in that world.
That world officialy went away when the 2020 election was stolen and the Supreme Court refused to hear any Original Jurisdiction cases, passing on most with no comment at all.
Democrat judges are now free to deny standing to anyone at any time, and the Chinese propaganda media will gleefully support them.
…but if they think it’s funnier, they may well ‘take’ the case, but refuse to grant discovery or only grant a limited discovery of unhelpful things, and force Lindell to pay lawyers for ever motion, every denial, every continuance, and every appeal.
Yes he’s rich. For now.
But government can outspend ANYONE.
With OUR money.
…and in the meantime, he’s going to start having regulatory problems at work, and merciless audits of both his personal and business finances, cherry-picked parts of which will be leaked to the ever-treasonous media.
They may organize a bimbo eruption or find a janitor that said he used a racial slur once.
…and if all else fails, they’ll simply have an FBI smother him with his own pillow.
