My best guesses…
1)There is no way in the world Elder gets a fair shake
2)There will be rock solid proof of fraud
3)Nothing will come of that

I still have a telco room master key. It’s a barrel key that opens lock boxes for local keys. I did loose it, though. Really.
I had no desire or reason to keep my barrel keys. They were just on my keychain for 21 years.
But it’s easy to get a key.
