N.J. Gov. Signs Law Barring Prisons From Entering Contracts With ICE

OAN: New Jersey Gov. Phil Murphy (D) signed a bill barring correctional facilities from entering contracts with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement to detail illegal immigrants.   1. Ummmmm……may be a silly supposition, but can the STATE dictate terms to a PRIVATE prison to not enter into a contract with the FEDGOV?
    I think I’d be telling the state, “go away, before I taunt you again”.
