  1. I’ve eaten in that Hamburger Joint, Louis’ Lunch, several time when I was in New Haven, Connecticut, back in the 1990s. Sometimes a big bun gets in the way. I prefer sourdough and red onion.

  2. When I was growing up we would have hamburgers on un-toasted bread. That was really nice, actually.

    Maybe that guy’s friend will win a Nobel prize, but the host sure is working for a Darwin Award. Putting his face right up to the unit when his friend is grinding it and when he is welding it; putting his nose on the fish griller right after it came out of the unit; reaching around the unit when it is cooking. What a maroon.
