Neon Nettle: Texans have taken matters into their own hands to defend the Southern Border after Democrat Joe Biden has refused to act.
TX State Troopers teamed up with the state’s Department of Public Safety and the National Guard to form a giant barrier along the border made up of hundreds of state-owned vehicles, most of them apparently SUVs.
They created the giant barrier to help stop the flood of illegal immigrants crossing the border into Texas, according to the KXAS-TV in Fort Worth.
Texas is being forced to use “unprecedented” measures to stop the influx, Gov. Greg Abbott said during a news conference Tuesday afternoon.
The “steel barrier” of SUVs appeared outside Del Rio, where about 15,000 migrants, mostly Haitians, have entered the U.S. from Mexico in recent days. more here
