Joe Biden’s Vaccine Mandate Doesn’t Exist. It’s Just A Press Release

Federalist:

Yes, we’ve heard all about Joe Biden’s alleged vaccine mandate for private companies employing 100 or more people. It was all over the news even before he announced it on September 9. His announcement has jeopardized the employment of millions of Americans and increased worker shortages in critical domains such as health care.

There’s only one problem. It’s all a mirage. Biden’s so-called vaccine mandate doesn’t exist — at least, not yet. So far, all we have is his press conference and other such made-for-media huff-puffing. No such rule even claiming to be legally binding has been issued yet.

That’s why nearly two dozen Republican attorneys general who have publicly voiced their opposition to the clearly unconstitutional and illegal mandate haven’t yet filed suit against it, the Office of the Indiana Attorney General confirmed for me. There is no mandate to haul into court. And that may be part of the plan.

According to several sources, so far it appears no such mandate has been sent to the White House’s Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs yet for approval. The White House, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), and the Department of Labor haven’t released any official guidance for the alleged mandate. There is no executive order. There’s nothing but press statements.

Despite what you may have been falsely led to believe by the media fantasy projection machine, press statements have exactly zero legal authority. more here

  1. More reason to just hold the line and not be bullied into taking this medication. I’m also skeptical of how many businesses outside the 120 top corporate fascists, some hospitals bullied with loss of gov funding and liberal universities etc. are doing this. I know many people at large known name companies that have not even brought up any vaccine mandates. And let them fire you and sue them particularly when they deny religions exemptions. The tide will turn on this eventually.

  2. And yet my company, a major government contractor is claiming otherwise. They probably don’t want to get caught out at the last minute if a mandate is made. But I’m guessing a lot of my fellow employees are gonna balk at this requirement.

  3. Why does he need an EO? It’s not FDA approved either, and neither are boosters. It also does more harm than good for kids and now they are pushing for 5yrs old and up with another false approval that Joe will fake mandate.

It’s easy when you’re a democrat. They want to be lead around by a dictator. They don’t officially have one so they pretend, just like they pretend men are women. Choose truth over facts.

  4. It’s a big bluff, but watch the craven fascist CEOs make it a reality, They’ve all been covid-conditioned to walk right off the cliff, fearing what the fads might bring down on their heads.

Mandates? Joe don’t need no steenking mandates. And there’s nothing unconstitutional about people destroying themselves, and those who they employ, of their own free will. What an evil psyop and mass delusion the deep state has created. And rational people keep waiting for some law or rule to pounce on which will never come. Brilliant and horrifying.

  5. The laws are there, Thirdtwin, but the judiciary has abandoned them.

It’s broken. The whole frickin’ thing is busted up link a blown engine at a demolition derby, and the broken metal of people’s lives and dreams are being strewn all over the damn countyside. And this shit show is only in its opening act.

  6. “The laws are there, Thirdtwin, but the judiciary has abandoned them.”

Sure, there are old laws, and they are neing ignored, but legislatures are giving up their power to executive orders and “guidance” from executive agencies. Judges find fault with those mechanisms only when Republicans use them. When Democrats use them, they go largely unchallenged.

And now, we’ve become so conditioned to live by orders, rules and “guidance” from the Executive, that the mere suggestion of those things causes us to act as if they carry the force of laws. They do not, but the effect is just the same.

The judiciary can challenge this crap til the cows come home, but if people change their behavior to adapt to what they perceive as laws, no judge can strike it down. Our fight is not in the courts anymore, it’s in the culture.
