    Rapist don’t need a penis to rape. Anything phallic will do. Its about humiliation, domination, inflicting pain and total subjugation of a weaker human being to them, the penis is just a means to an end as the most intimate violation possible, with all the attendant fears for the victim of disease and – for females – pregnancy. Sometimes having a limp dick just angers the rapist more so he uses tools to inflict MORE pain, sometimes death, on his victim.

  24. There’s a more serious problem with Biden: it’s that in his senility, he’s regressing emotionally. You can see that by his childish behavior in not standing next to Kamala Harris in public – and asking his wife to step in between them. It was like he was asking his mother to intervene.

    Biden may talk and walk, but he is regressing to the infantile stage of dementia.
