Former Trump national security advisor Michael Flynn has been handed a win by a judge enabling his family to sue establishment media network CNN for slandering him and his family as followers of the QAnon conspiracy theory.
Only recently, CNN wrote a large check to former Covington High School student Nicholas Sandmann for false reports he sought to belittle a Native American gentleman during a Washington, D.C. protest.
A federal judge on Thursday allowed a case brought by Flynn’s brother John “Jack” Flynn and sister-in-law Leslie Flynn to proceed against CNN.

I’m not convinced QAnon is even a real thing, more likely a fictitious phantom created by the left to “boogey man” any opposition.
Conservatives, by nature, are not joiners, not like leftest who constantly strive for validation and “likes”, hollow souls that they are. Conservatives understand the concept of strength in numbers, but on the whole are more comfortable in their own skin and prefer to chart their own destiny and not take marching orders from others. Self reliance is the preferred method of existence.

What are the chances that all of these lawsuits will lead to the “news” networks just presenting news and not smears? Not counting on it. They will continue to bleed money and hiring news opinionists. Is that a word? If not, can I copyright it?

I don’t understand this area of law at all. Flynn’s “luck” rested with the interpretation of a single federal judge? If the law is the law at a federal level why, then, wouldn’t it be interpreted the same no matter who the judge is? And yet we’ve seen too often other federal judges strike down cases that seemed just as worthy of legal action.
I pray POTUS Trump regains the WH. Knowing what he now knows about our national security agencies, the courts, etc. He should waste no time clearing them all out!
