  1. I’ve always thought that this new surge of anti-racism, sexism, ablism crap with just the modern day’s version on the ’60s & 70’s surge of social workers. Back then, governments used to keep the streets clean and the roads repaired. Then a lot of folks went to college, got degrees in counseling, and needed jobs. So new Social Service programs, (of questionable value) were created in order to employ all those well-educated folks.

Today we have tons of Useless Idiots with Ethnic/Womens Study degrees which are worthless, even inside academia. So we need to have bias and discrimination in order for them to solve the problems with their useless degrees. By comparison, hair dressers and phone sanitizers would seem valuable.

The Lefties are ALL about siphoning off as many tax-paid dollars AS POSSIBLE.

They invent a grievance/problem that few believe ever existed and doesn’t currently exist, then they create committees to “study” them for years and at great expense, then they hire all their family and friends into mega-paying “jobs” to research, develop and administer. Tax payers are like their own personal ATM.

If CA’s “equity” czar was considered so important, the guy hired for it wouldn’t have any time to live across the country and run another business there.
