Alabama Candidate for Sheriff arrested for impersonating a police officer, says he’s not dropping out of race

LET: DEKALB COUNTY, AL – A man running for sheriff in DeKalb County, Alabama has hit a snag in his campaign after being arrested for impersonating a police officer.

One of the men running for DeKalb County Sheriff, Terry Wadsworth, has been indicted on felony charges of impersonating a peace officer as well as tampering with the state’s Criminal Justice Information Center computer. more

    “You can’t bring guns into the court! Place your guns and other lethal shit on the table… And make sure you put your name on them!”

    And it wasn’t a sting operation. The table was full of guns and knives.
