Biden’s vaccine-or-test mandate for workers at large businesses will be withdrawn by OSHA tomorrow

  1. “…see if you find anything that begins with, “But….”

“Although OSHA is withdrawing the Vaccination and Testing ETS as an enforceable emergency temporary standard, OSHA is not withdrawing the ETS to the extent that it serves as a proposed rule under section 6(c)(3) of the Act, and this action does not affect the ETS’s status as a proposal under section 6(b) of the Act or otherwise affect the status of the notice-and-comment rulemaking commenced by the Vaccination and Testing ETS. See 29 U.S.C. 655(c)(3).”

Whatever the face-saving hell that means. Will the media report this at all?

  2. Brad: I would imagine the government told Ford that if they wanted to sell cars to the government, they had better get on board. The old “We’re not forcing you to, you will just lose a lot of money if you don’t.”

  3. I didn’t actually see the word, but it sounds like even though they have removed the Emergency Temporary Standard enforcement, they do intend to continue trying to push through an official rule.

  4. Everywhere I have worked, companies have had designated “smoking sections.”
Also many companies must accommodate morbid obesity in their workforce.
    Where is OSHA on that?
Some 350 pound fatso who smokes but has been jabbed is deemed OK to work but a fit non-smoker without the jab is a health risk.
    Got it…

That’s an interesting topic. My company is a Gov Contractor. Military. They stopped pushing the VAX thing about three weeks ago to all Defense Logistic Agency Contractors. All things considered we are all probably a fart in a wind storm to them. Not worth the effort. Now Boeing on the other hand told the Gov to go pound sand. Most people think of Boeing as the guys that billed those big buses that fly but Boeing is the worlds largest defense contractor. They have leverage. If Boeing stopped producing Military stuff for a week our military would be on it’s knees. So yes, you have a good point. Ford maybe in a bad spot leverage wise and the Retarded Admin maybe be demanding they do it.

  6. I think it should be apparent by now to anyone watching this who is rooting for Team Big Govt/Big Tech/Big Pharma, in the immortal words of a guy I walked by at Costco when the Seahawks were playing the World Series about ten years ago: The MF’n wheels is coming off!
