FDA’s Blockade: Feds Try to Withhold 55,000 Pages on Vaccine from Public Despite Court Order

National File: Weeks after a federal judge ordered the Food and Drug Administration to get Americans the data it relied upon when it approved Pfizer’s COVID-19 vaccine, it appears the FDA and Pfizer are balking.

Aaron Siri, the lawyer for the group that sued to have the 450,000 pages of information published sooner rather than later, said the FDA is already objecting to a timetable that called for an accelerated publication schedule to take effect March 1, according to a Wednesday post on his Substack.

Siri said the FDA — which had initially called for publishing 500 pages a month and been told to hit the level of 55,000 pages a month — wants to delay the start of that until May 1. MORE

  1. Another 3 alphabet agency weighs in to fuck The People. How about we round these traitors up and line them up against a wall. It’s gotta happen. Probably only once. Fuck these assholes.

  2. We are overdue or some seriously pissed off Patriots to go on a suicide mission (because that’s what it will be) and seriously kick ass on these government bureaucrats and get the rest of us old broke dicks to realize that the time to fight this out is right now. I’d like to think I could be the tip of the spear but the reality is I’m second wave at best. But yes, I would be a proud second waver!

  3. I’m sure mandates, court trials with no conclusion, inflation, shortages, free vaccines, printing money, will all continue as long as they’re in office.
    And it doesn’t look good.

  5. Because the “Republic”, hiding it’s activities from the people, is how the people’s business is done. Of the people, by the people, for the people — just not those “people”.

Sneaking up on the “enemy” (at least, that’s what they call you), chaining up “their” slaves, and marching them to your plantation, is dangerous.

Rolling up on the “enemy” (at least, that’s what they call you), pushing them off “their” plantation, and holding “their” slaves, is dangerous.

Just opening the cage doors? Just leaving keys to their chains in the field? Just making sure massas don’t wake up in the morning? And allowing the slaves to walk free? Eazy peazy.
