Isn’t this called holding children hostage or kidnapping? Where are the parents to press charges? Rich Taylor is right, Oakdale is about as red as you can get in California. It’s the gateway to Yosemite. IIRC Hershey’s had a factory in Oakdale, they closed it and moved it to Mexico.
