SPLC gets a taste of its own meds

Employees Dub ‘Anti-Racist’ Southern Poverty Law Center Racist.

Daily Caller: Employees at the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) seemingly called their employer racist Monday for allegedly requesting “lower-paid” employees to return to in-person work, according to the Washington Free Beacon.

SPLC Union members protested outside of the Montgomery, Alabama, headquarters office, according to the Washington Free Beacon. The “informational picket” was in response to the SPLC’s requirement to return lower-level positions to the office, which the union claims disproportionately hurts black women.

“Black women, many of whom have been working at this organization for decades in positions with little or no opportunities for advancement are four times more likely to be denied telework and/or remote work than white women and are seven times more likely to be denied telework options than white men at the Center,” a letter from the union read.

Lisa Wright, an SPLC Union bargaining committee member alleged that the organization’s goal of “forcing” employees into the office was “about policing and surveillance of SPLC’s lowest-paid employees.” more here

  1. Finally. It’s been known for years that nothing is whiter than SPLC management wearing Klan robes in a blizzard. Except for SPLC management just being themselves. And they’ve got deep pockets, thanks to fools falling for their grift.

    And Southerners should sue these carpetbagging m—rf—ers for blighting Montgomery, Alabama with that godawful headquarters building. Hello, General Sherman? We’ve got a little job for you down South.

    Wanna know why you are seven times less likely to be promoted? Because at every turn you squeal racism. Furthermore, white employees are afraid to engage in friendly conversation. After viewing hundreds of chimp-out videos from various businesses (fighting over food), one never knows if they’re going to get suckered punch by one of you.

  3. SPLC – (a ComIntern front organization) – doesn’t GAS about “lower-paid” (read: negro) employees and never did. And watch – the “union” won’t complain for long.
    There will be a “night of the long knives” as there is in all socialist movements (won’t actually kill them, but they’ll be out of work).

  4. Sooo, if the work was being done I suppose the SPLC wouda been happy to allow them to stay home.
    This says they couldn’t self-enforce a work ethic that would provide the required results.

    …whether true or not, it begs this question;

    Why the HELL are White people working at a place DEDICATED to the vilification, disposession, and eventual genocide of they and their children for their skin color AT ALL?!?

    …and they wonder why people work for satan, at least HE hates EVERYBODY and doesn’t plsy racial favorites…
