Alabama Attorney General Steve Marshall is suing the Biden administration over claims it is ignoring immigration law that requires the federal government to arrest, detain and deport foreign nationals in the U.S. illegally.
The lawsuit alleges that the Biden administration’s immigration policy exceeds the authority of the Department of Homeland Security, is arbitrary and capricious, illegally bypassed notice and public commenting, and is unconstitutional.
The Republican attorneys general of Florida and Georgia joined the lawsuit, which was filed in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Alabama. more

I really really really really hope that the Governors and conservative legislators from TX, OK, AR, LA, MS, AL, FL, and others in the South are having a serious conversation about how they can break away into a functional country if an when the cunts in DC literally outlaw all effective energy production and law enforcement at a national level in the US. Because it’s a conversation that really needs to be had. It’s the United States; not the Feudal Cantons of the District of Columbia.

Put them on buses and send them to DC like Florida is doing. Liberals hate minorities, especially Mexican and South American minorities. Once DC is packed with them, CON-gress will have them all deported.
