CTH: With mostly wins and a few losses in the pre-trial evidentiary hearings for Special Counsel John Durham, the case against Clinton lawyer Michael Sussmann is scheduled for trial next week. Now the witness lists are coming forth.
Additionally, Laura Seago, a top tech official at research firm Fusion GPS (she has immunity in exchange for testimony); Deborah Fine, a Clinton campaign lawyer; and a CIA official identified as Kevin B are also on the prosecution list.

Depending on preset Perkins Coie leverage and risk exposure, other officials from deep inside the DOJ/FBI small group operation may also be forced to stand as defense witnesses by Sussmann’s team. The lawfare combat teams look interesting. more here

If the Nuremberg Trials ran at this pace, none of the Nazi perps would’ve survived the still-unfinished jury selection.
It will be filled with “I don’t recall” and “I can’t be certain”. They might get Sussman like they Kline or whatever that FBI lawyer and little will happen. I pray they can go after bigger fish, but the crooks are smart and know how to insulate themselves from the crime they committed.
I hope that all the players in the Russian collusion hoax are found guilty and a clear message would go out to discourage these behaviors in the future. And then start an investigation into the jan.6th hoax.
