In rebuke to Pentagon, Navy board finds 3-0 for vax objector amid questions of mandate’s lawfulness

In a stinging rebuke to the Pentagon, a Navy administrative separation board voted unanimously to retain an officer who refused to comply with the military’s COVID-19 vaccine mandate. 

Navy Lt. Billy Moseley, who has been an officer for 22 years, could have chosen to retire from the military when he was ordered to receive the COVID vaccine. He also could have submitted a Religious Accommodation Request, since he objected to the vaccine for religious reasons. 

Risking his retirement, Moseley chose instead to take his case to the administrative separation board after learning “that the Navy and the other services intended to implement a blanket denial policy,” according to a press release from his attorney, R. Davis Younts.  MORE

  1. And this is why Jennifer has never been officially fired from Cox. Cox’s lawyers are not that stupid. They all belong in hell, but they are not fucking stupid.

  2. Once the precedent is set in the favor of the employees they can go forward with paying workers back pay. If the precedent is set in favor of joey brandon… then they can fire all of them who induced their ire.

  3. Navy Lt. Billy Moseley will have a tough time finding out who in Navy will be back stabbing him time after time after this perceived insubordination by those behind the Navy’s political curtain.

  4. Mind, as the above happens, the USAFA did not graduate 3 to officer, even though they’ve completed the requirements, because they’ve refused the vaccine.
