Unbelievable. This just broke from the Wall Street Journal:
UVALDE, Texas—The gunman behind the mass shooting at an elementary school here lingered outside the building for 12 minutes firing shots before walking into the school and barricading in a classroom where he killed 19 children and two teachers, authorities said in a news conference Thursday laying out a new timeline of events.
Victor Escalon, a regional director for the Texas Department of Public Safety, said he couldn’t say why no one stopped the deceased gunman, 18 year-old [], from entering the school during that time Tuesday. Most of the shots [he] fired came during the first several minutes when he entered the school, Mr. Escalon said.
DPS officials previously said an armed school officer confronted [the shooter] as he arrived at the school. Mr. Escalon said Thursday that information was incorrect and no one encountered [him] as he arrived at the school. “There was not an officer readily available and armed,” Mr. Escalon said.
JUST WHAT THE HECK IS GOING ON HERE?
Why does all the information keep changing? Especially this long after the fact?

Most Schools have exterior cameras particularly where pick up and drop offs happen. When the news breaks that their camera system was “down” you will know the fix was in.

Things are eerily similar to the Parkland shooting where law enforcement dawdled outside while kids died.

That big lesson from Columbine High School that you can’t wait around waiting for the SWAT Teams to assemble seems to have been forgotten.

My daughter was working at the mall in Oregon some years ago when a shooting happened. The police came in afterwards told everybody not to talk to anybody about what happened.
First-hand information always seems to be vastly different than what actually took place. This guy shot a couple people killing one then a concealed carry guy pulled out his gun and aimed it at the guy while standing behind a pillar. The guy saw him and ran into the bathroom and shot himself in the head. The CCW guy didn’t take the shot because of people behind the perp. Smart move.
Almost no news on the good guy with a gun.
My daughter pulled everybody she could into the back of the store and shut the gate down. One girl wanted to go out and watch but she told her no way.
We’ve just gone through 2+ years of police in full riot gear arresting people for violating “mask mandates” while turning a blind eye to so-called “mostly peaceful” rioters.
You won’t find a more pro-LEO person in me, but I am a bit more reserved in my support after the last years.

That’s not believable.
What’s going on here is most likely that the press has been “filling in the blanks” when information was thin. Make up some things, add biased “facts” that aren’t known, spin it with a high degree of bias. In other words, business as usual.
News is big business with great heaping mounds of government intervention.
Being first to report is highly important even if it’s mostly made up bullshit.
I’d like to know where all those trigger happy cops shooting unarmed perps we hear about all the time were. Why didn’t one of them show up here and do his stuff? This whole situation stinks.
The feds are so incompetent and arrogant that they can’t even run their false flags crisply anymore. Every possible thing was done by the feds on the scene to jack up the death toll. And why were they on the scene in the middle of nowhere, tejas even before the shooting happened? Why did the shooter have such and expensive truck and collection of arms and ammo when he was working part time at a fast food joint? This is bullshit, an fed orchestrated slaughter of innocents to whip up anti-2A fervor for an illegal cancellation of it.
Look, what’s really more important here – getting to the truth, or quickly politicizing these children’s deaths?
