Just the News – Elon Musk on Monday morning poked fun at Twitter’s attempt to force his bid to purchase the short form online platform to go through.
The Tesla CEO tweeted out four images of himself laughing with the accompanying caption, “They said I couldn’t buy Twitter. Then they wouldn’t disclose bot information. Now they want to force me to buy Twitter in court. Now they have to disclose bot information in court.” more

But no. They don’t have a bot problem. 😂
The way this is playing out it looks like this was his plan from the beginning.
Elon knew before going in how it was going to play out. He knew through the courts and discovery that the bots would have to be dealt with. Twitter may be the one to back out of the deal.
If you don’t go ahead and purchase our Scam, we’ll sue you.

Not sure about his Tesla strategy but he’s playing twatter like a BOSS.
It would be laughable, the ideologically inspired stupidity of Twitter ‘leadership’ if that same loathsome ideology did not infest the ‘leadership’ of most of our institutions in this country.
Depose the rats. Better yet, let them proceed with the suit and forward your questioning to their legal representation. Then wait a bit and take the call notifying you that they are dropping the suit. Follow up with an offer not to counter sue in return for compensation, say a billion or two. Then turn around and make another offer to buy. Good fun for a guy with money and people to spend the time on the project.
It really does look like this was Musk’s plan all along (Giggle Giggle).
And on top of that, I bet he ends up buying the company for about $17.95 and a six pack of Bud Light.
I’m surprised Twitter isn’t suing for stock manipulation. OldCoot’s right! I bet the shareholders are very sad. They’re the ones who should be suing Twitter on it’s inflated valuation based on false public record claims that affected its image of trustworthiness.
Musk didn’t get where he is by buying pigs in pokes.
Musk will get Twitter and rebrand it. He has them where he wants them. in a corner – confused and defenseless.
