L.A. Police Shut Down New 588 Million Dollar 6th Street Bridge Indefinitely Due to ‘Illegal Activity’

PJM: The 6th Street Bridge in Los Angeles connecting the Arts District and Boyle Heights opened on July 10 with much fanfare and hoopla. But then came the drag racing, the street takeovers, the violence, and the daredevils trying to walk the archways that decorate the span.

The bridge was closed numerous times — sometimes for a few hours, sometimes longer.

  1. CA legislature spent $600 million for a new spillway on Folsom Lake dam.

  4. “We’re not going to arrest our way out of this,”

Well, of course not, because obviously you aren’t patrolling the bridge adequately. Another example of lazy cops. Maybe if the build a donut shop next to the bridge?

  5. “The incidents are “drawing finite resources, limited resources away from more pressing duties to ensure the safety of this location,””

Obviously they need to defund the police even more.

Then the citizens can make them pay the price for their stupidity.

As soon as the cops stop coming around, it’s a free-for-all – even for the armed good guys.
