  1. “iOTWReport contributor Jethro tests positive for covid 19 on Monday”
Flu like symptoms – head and body aches, low fever, exhaustion.
Taking (that evil) ivermectin, D3, C, zinc, quercitin, NAC and advil.
By today symptoms have already subsided, but still tired.
Hopefully, everything back to normal by Monday.

  2. @Jethro — It sounds like you’re doing all the right things and you’re probably correct that you’ll be back to normal in a couple of days. I went through the same sequence in early summer and it was only a minor inconvenience.

I know you’re tired, but if you can muster the energy please try to get to a Montgomery County Democratic Party fundraiser or town hall and shake just as many hands as you can, please. Extra points for coughing in your hand first!

  3. Way to go, Jethro. BTW, most of the clinical analyses I’ve read say one is no long contagious after about five days from first symptoms. So, you probably wouldn’t pass it on now, anyway.

But you could wear a “COVID survivor!” sign on your name tag and see if they’ll shake your hand, anyway! 🙂

  4. Jethro: Sounds like your well equipped. I have almost the same items in my medicine cabinet and feel well prepared with having it on hand. I wish you the best, and I thank you for your informative post. It gives me hope that if I or a loved one contracted C19 we might be able to get thru it safely. Keep us posted if you would. No Jab/stab for me either.

  5. I’ve had it twice this year. My first bout was in January. It was like a bad flu for about 48 hours, then just kinda tired for a week. Second bout was in July. That time I had an elevated temp for one day, then occasionally lightheaded for a week. Both bouts were treated just like Jethro, except I didn’t have ivermectin during the first one.

    And of course, no jab.

  8. @Jethro – The tiredness was the worst part of the coof for me. Flu like symptoms disappeared entirely after about 3 days, but the lack of energy stuck with me another 10 or so days afterwards. I was beginning to wonder if I’d ever get my life back and the fearmongering started creeping inwards thinking I had dreaded long coof, especially since my wife bounced out of it after about 5 days. On the 10th day, still dead tired, I forced myself to do manual labor, I just couldn’t sit on my ass anymore. It was very difficult, but I took it slow. Wouldn’t you know it, the next day I felt completely fine. Dunno, but maybe forcing myself to do something helped my body get over it. Good luck to you, stay strong!

  9. I’ve had the crud 1 time – 12/4/2019. I remember the date befcaud4er it was the day we got off a cruise ship, and that night I came down with it. No name for it – it was in its infancy. I was laid out for 6 weeks. I had a lethal dose of it, so I figured I was immune and good to go. Haven’t been sick since…no jab…..EVAR! As for CDC Director Walensky, that 4th or 6th jab will do the trick….it’s a placebo of course.

  10. Just like Trump I’ll be getting my winter booster shots! Fast tracked, developed & supported by thats right, Donald J Trump.
Get yours today, safe & effective tomorrow may be too late.

I don’t know what your prophylactic is, but I have been under a strong belief for years that if I, at almost 200 lbs catch a little buzz once a day, the little organisms in me will catch a lot worse and not survive.

It has served me well for a long time!
