Guam elects GOP House delegate for first time in 3 decades

JTN: The U.S. territory Guam on Tuesday elected a Republican to its at-large House delegate position for the first time in more than three decades. 

James Moylan won over Democrat Judith Won Pat 52.19%–47.15%, according to unofficial election results from the Guam Election Commission. more
