CND:
Linn County Sheriff Michelle Duncan is making clear her office will not be enforcing Oregon’s new “high capacity” magazine ban.
The ban is part of Ballot Measure 114 (BM 114), which was heavily funded by out-of-state money.
BM 114 also requires Oregon residents to acquired a $65 permit in order to exercise their Second Amendment right to buy a firearm.
KATU quoted Sheriff Duncan commenting on BM 114, saying, “This is a terrible law for gunowners, crime victims, and public safety.” MORE

Bloomersberg, California elites, all protected by guns your or I can’t legally own. My NorCal county, along with many others won’t enforce any unconstitutional gun laws either.
Secession’s the only way out now. It beats fighting a civil war.
^^^^^^ Constitutional United States is dead. They won’t let you leave. Joe Biden And John Federman will explain it to you, you ungrateful assholes, the media will interpret, FIBBIE Swat will show up and try and shoot your ass off. Hut, Hut, Hut< hut.
Ya know those pricks snipers only go 100 yards. That might of changed I guess. But probably not likely.

“Secession’s the only way out now. It beats fighting a civil war.”
When you secede, they go to war with you to force you back under their control.
I should know.
Yeah, us boys and girls out in the coast range, are laughing loud about that right now. Come take ’em. The only way you can find ’em is, if you follow the empty brass. But then again, you’d be crawling, if yer lucky.
