New York City Council has been accused by Democrat and Republican members alike of perpetuating the drug crisis after a bill was passed to facilitate a program wherein people could exchange dirty needles, syringes, and the like for financial rewards.
The bill was pushed by socialist and progressive city council members, and will give addicts twenty cents per piece of drug paraphernalia they turn in, with a maximum cap of $10 per day. more
What a money maker. I’m sure there is a quantity you can buy for 6-8¢ a piece.
For $10 a day you could buy a new needle, some fentanyl, and lunch.

Quiet as it’s kept the scheme perpetrated by Kathy-Karen Hochul, HHS, and Joe Biden is to kill off as many (ethnic) drug users with HIV/ADS. Kickback Kathy, an illegitimate governor, has circulated poster ads encouraging illegal drug use in public, specifically targeting black, brown, and ethnic women—with a picture of a black-brown woman—and with the assist of HHS and Joe Biden. Same goes for the FTX embezzler Biden creep who sent crackpipes to cities in addition to filling up Kentucky vending machines with illict drug paraphernalia and tools. Take note of the fact that both Hochul and Biden are racists with plans to annihilate all non-white people. Add that those dirty needles and syringes are never thrown out or cleaned but put back into circulation, as planned by Hochul and Biden.
How would they possibly enforce $10 a day max? Are they going to have some app or other tracking method.
