Judge rules Illinois cashless bail law is unconstitutional, handing prosecutors a win

JUST THE NEWS: A state judge ruled late Wednesday that Illinois’ SAFE-T act was unconstitutional, handing prosecutors a major win just days before the cashless bail law was set to take effect.

  1. Don’t worry, JB has enough corrupt judges that will overrule justice to F*ck over the citizens again. Most of Illinois voted for that fat moron. If Bill gates would buy my farmland, I’ll be out of here now, until then God help us.

JD Pritzker Illinois greatest governor ever. Counties outside of Cook county hate this! They love keeping their jails full over (yep you got this) frivolous crimes. The more frivolous the better that way they can set high bail for spittin on the sidewalk.
