I sent this to my granddaughter, maybe she will make it for me.
Wow! When I was a kid my mother worked with a mexican woman and we would go visit them sometimes and she used to make what I’m pretty sure was the same thing only much larger in a round cake pan if I remember right. I just remember it was delicious and that woman could cook.
Her and her husband were great to me and my sister but they eventually moved away for his work. I think of them every time I eat quality Mexican food.
She acted like it was her job to feed anyone who walked through her door.
Isn’t that flan? I just watched the intro for now…if it is flan, that is some good stuff.
