Service Member Found Dead in Pentagon Parking Lot

Epoch Times: A military service member was discovered dead in the Pentagon parking lot on Tuesday, according to the Department of Defense (DOD).

DOD press secretary Brig. Gen. Pat Ryder said in a statement Pentagon officials were alerted on Tuesday afternoon.

“At approximately 3:30 p.m. EDT today the Pentagon Operations Center received a call requesting a welfare check on a military service member,” Ryder said.

According to Ryder, upon arriving at the North Parking area, Pentagon police officers found the individual in their vehicle.

“Arlington County Emergency Medical Services responded and confirmed the individual was deceased,” Ryder said. “An investigation is ongoing. We have no further details to announce while the investigation is ongoing.” more

  1. Tough to get worked up about it. I’ve found dead people in all sorts of places.

    And in this day and age of vaxxx murders and people shooting up Fentanyl laced heroin even while driving, unless there’s a bullet hole involved finding a dead guy in a car isn’t even notable any more.

    An individual is, by definition, one person. Therefore, the proper pronoun in the real English language would be “he” or “she” based upon biological fact, not preferred pronoun!

    …slumped over in a car, not moving, maybe with the engine running for hours. Doesn’t even have to be drugs, could be heart problems, diabetes, aneurism, any number of things.

    It happens.
