I remember how ‘guilty’ Kavanaugh was – of ‘being accused’ of bad stuff. The accusation is proof!!! Ugh. And Trump was ‘twice impeached’.

Is a Governor’s executive order allowed to trump (no pun intended) a defendant’s rights? If so, then a Governor or government could do that any time on a whim. (I know, that’s exactly what they have in mind.)
Did I hear Bragg correctly? The crimes Trump was charged with were crimes because they were committed to support the crimes Trump was not charged with, and the crimes Trump were not charged with were crimes because they were done to support the crimes Trump was charged with?
