Bud Light reportedly told wholesalers that it will buy back unpurchased, expired beer cases as sales of the brand have lagged after the company sent a beer can to Dylan Mulvaney featuring the transgender influencer’s face.
Anheuser-Busch, which owns Bud Light, is trying to make amends with customers angry over the marketing partnership with Mulvaney, The Wall Street Journal reported Sunday.
The brewing company is planning a Bud Light-sponsored veterans group for the first time ever and the brand will be promoted in commercials focusing on the themes of country music and football. read more
