RFK Jr: Border Hospitals Packed with Pregnant Migrants, Forcing American Women to Delay Deliveries

Breitbart-

Hospitals along the United States-Mexico border are so packed with pregnant migrant women that American women are being forced to delay their scheduled deliveries, Democrat presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. says.

As Breitbart News reported on Tuesday, Kennedy visited the southern border to bring awareness to the issue of illegal immigration, which has skyrocketed under President Joe Biden.

Kennedy said the illegal immigration problem under Biden is so straining for American border towns and beyond, pregnant American women are having to delay their scheduled deliveries so that pregnant migrant women can be readily cared for at their local hospitals.

“Moms occupied 32 of 36 beds in Yuma hospital maternity ward so that local moms had to delay induced pregnancies for two weeks,” Kennedy wrote in a Twitter post. MORE

  1. “…scheduled deliveries…”

WTF are you talking about? Babies come when they come, unless you cut them out or induce labor. And even then the labor doesn’t always start quickly.

I don’t doubt they prioritize replacement population anchor babies and would probably kick an American out to make room for them.

But the whole idea that a baby will birth on deadline is just silly.

  2. Inducing labor can be scheduled but is normally only done if there’s a reason to think the life of the baby or the mom is going to be in danger (pre-eclampsia, foetal abnormalities, erythroblastosis fetalis, etc.) and so generally speaking are not done for convenience but as a lifesaving measure on par with emergent procedures. Failing to do this promptly may result in birth injury or death to the baby, the mother, or both.

But its not an exact science. My wife had hers induced but it still took 17 hours of labor to bring new life into this world, with monitoring for foetal distress and an obstetrician with scalpel at ready the whole time. Again, even with inducement, babies can still come when they come; but with high-risk pregnancies having them happen away from the delivery room greatly increases the risk of injury or death to mother and child.

And in the vaxxx ruined world of the American citizen (but NOT the illegal), the likelihood of complications and foetal injury and birth defect is very, very high.

  3. The hospitals probably get paid extra for the illegal babies. Just like they got paid extra for every person they could stick on a ventilator.
I doubt the hospitals are losing $15 BILLION a year.
    Somebody’s making money,….

“illegal immigration costs the nation’s hospital systems at least $23 billion annually. Roughly $8.2 billion of uncompensated medical care for illegal aliens is charged to taxpayers every year.”
