Portion of I-95 in Philadelphia collapses after truck catches fire

A truck caught fire under an I-95 on-ramp in northeast Philadelphia early Sunday and caused part of the overpass to collapse, officials said.

The northbound side of I-95 collapsed before 8 a.m. while the southbound side is “compromised,” officials on the scene said, according to the local NBC affiliate. The interstate is closed in both directions. “The roadway is gone,” officials said.

  1. Just another idiotic example of where our country is going.
No regard for safety nor sanity, all for the sake of making a dollar.
Really now, how would a truck catch fire underneath an overpass that melts the steel causing the road to melt and collapse…

  2. There are reports this morning that the bridge debris has been cleared away, but there’s not a single piece of physical evidence of the truck.

Wait, did they ever find any physical evidence of the plane that hit the Pentagon?
