I would think that if a company fires someone then the forfeit any claim to a non-compete clause. And, as I understand it, such clauses have come under severe restrictions.

Fox DID NOT FIRE HIM! As Sgt Schults would say, “They put him in the KOOLER!”! Fox in effect placed Tucker in solitary confinement. He , so their lawyers hoped, is incommunicado! He is still employed by Fox.
GWB’s Fox says that since tucker is still an employee (they do not mention “Cooler”) they will sue because, “”Pursuant to the terms of the Agreement, Mr. Carlson’s ‘services shall be completely exclusive to Fox,'” .
Im not lawyer (did get 95 on Law part of exam 54 years ago.) but it seems to me that if no one else is paying him to make the vids their suit will fail.
BUT – IF THEY FILE IN COURT RUN BY A BUSH JUDGE, THE JUDGE MAY ISSUE A “TEMPORARY” RESTRAINING ORDER. Until the case is heard.
Since the Soros/Bush/Rove cadre want to get a Dem President; Fox will stall the trial at least util Oct 2024!

Don’t assume Tucker is home free on this. If Faux News is able to select which courtroom hears any legal case they file against him then the odds are good they will be able to silence him. The courts are every bit as corrupt and leftist as the media.
