i just checked there are 9 target stores in the cleveland area. ears and eyes open mouth shut. be prepared for the worse and hope for the best. better to stay away and avoid engagement. proactive persons should be comfortable with staring evil in the eye and live with what they see. i think the opportunist prefer target as it caters to the mentally compromised individuals.
