A 65-year-old American woman was left with a $75,000 bill at a Mexico hospital after she received breast implants and a butt lift she says she never consented to, News Nation reported.
Kimberly McCormick was initially seeking excess skin removal and a breast lift after losing 150 pounds, so she returned to the clinic known for its affordable procedures, according to News Nation. Six years earlier, she successfully had surgery at the same facility. After she woke up, however, Kimberly was horrified to discover she had received breast implants and a Brazilian butt lift.

I will never understand these waste of “time” procedures. Even when I was younger I accepted what I was given and moved on.
Well I would never criticize anyone that wanted to improve themselves. But surgery is not the answer.
Americans need to stop the insanity. Stop going to these second and third world countries for elective surgerical procedures.
The United States is the only place on earth that has laws in place to protect patients rights. In most cases, laws justly applied by American courts if anything goes wrong.
Mexico is a democratic republic that’s federally centralized. Their so called “civil rights” for citizens is barely adhered to. Foreigners seeking medical care don’t have any rights. Besides, their medical system is corrupt and seldom regulated.
Only Americans with money to burn and a subconscious death wish would trust Mexican surgical medical care. Their emergency care is probably risky, too.
