Good furnished caves in California are normally hard to find. Do these come with rent control?

The term “Californian” would be incorrect. These people are transient. They move up and down the west coast from Washington, Oregon, and California because those three states socialists Governments give them the most money that they in turn purchase drugs with.
I am amazed at how much work they went to, to avoid work.
Also, the majority of homeless people are homeless by choice.
You can get by on a lot less, if you give up living indoors.
If a homeless person asks for money, offer to buy them a meal somewhere, and they will generally decline.

Also those “caves” are about 50 miles south of me. They are right on the Tuolumne River. It’s the middle of winter time and the ground is super saturated from rainfall. One good storm and you won’t need to worry about people living in those caves because they will be filled with water. And anybody caught in them will have a real tough time getting out alive.

I envisioned Californians living in caves a few years back. But I thought it would be in the year 2047.

Indians have lived in caves for centuries. Check out some of the cave dwellings in the Grand Canyon. I suppose it’s better than living in a cardboard box.

New law says homeless will face fines and be charged with a misdemeanor if they refuse gov help. They can’t stand anybody who is free of their control.
