1. See, this is what happens with leases. Low-lifes can easily afford the lease payments, but could NEVER afford to actually buy the car. Use to be you could tell a good/bad neighborhood by the cars in it. Not so anymore.

5. Nice muslim chin fringe beard. Kind of a front-facing mullet. Except it’s all shady, glowering business up front and NO party in back whatsoever. Dudes who wear those beards usually have major anger issues and/or command 19th century whaling ships.

10. And my friends wonder why I won’t go to DC anymore. Of course, Kenilworth Avenue is in the WAY wrong part of town. The only roads worse to me on in that neighborhood are Benning Rd, and, of course, MLK Jr. Avenue. There’s just something magical about Capital Heights. Maybe it’s the people there.

12. Lance O Lot, that is the area where I managed pizza stores for 12 years. I married a women who at one point had an apartment in Kenilworth. It was a challenge then and that was about 15 years ago. Could not pay me enough money to go back.

13. DaveVA, well hopefully you are married to the very same woman and have found sanctuary. Old guy here. If I can’t carry my gun there, I don’t go there. It’s a good policy to keep. I’ve been carrying for over twenty years. It’s like putting on my pants.
