CTH: Three judges from the Washington DC Circuit Court of Appeals have denied the immunity request from President Trump.
In a rather stark decision reached by the panel [SEE Ruling Here] “We have balanced former President Trump’s asserted interests in executive immunity against the vital public interests that favor allowing this prosecution to proceed,” the court wrote in its ruling Tuesday. “We conclude that the interest in criminal accountability, held by both the public and the Executive Branch, outweighs the potential risks of chilling Presidential action and permitting vexatious litigation.” more here

Bush for flagrantly violating the Constitution with the “Patriot Act” nonsense among other things. The DC judiciary has set the precedent ….. make them live up to it.

If PDJT can be charged with bogus “crimes”, let honest AG’s in the states charge the previous presidents with some of the actual crimes they committed Make the scum infesting the DC judiciary defend their evil persecutions against Trump by prosecuting former presidents who have a history of proven crimes against America and the law itself as stated in the COTUS.
