This scam campaign is labeled as SocGholish.
Research shows that cyber criminals hijack poorly-protected, yet legitimate, websites and inject them with scripts that redirect to other sites displaying the “You Are Using An Older Version Of Chrome” warning. In this way, users attempt to reach legitimate sites, but end up visiting malicious ones.
This technique is quite uncommon, since users are typically redirected to scam sites by intrusive advertisements (displayed by malicious web pages) or unwanted programs.
I hope that sit down with Snowden was taped or he does one in the future. Snowden is a smart dude and paid a very high price for doing what he thought was right, putting a spotlight on our government spying on its own citizens. It would go a long way for Trump to declare a pardon for Snowden if he is elected publicly and welcome him back to a country he still loves.
As for Reade, I get that she feared for her safety but she is being used by the Russians to hurt America. Once the old fool is gone from office, she should feel safe moving back home and a job in some government capacity should be offered.
At this point I’m not sure which political climate is worse – ours or theirs.
