AZ Sun Times: A panel of the D.C. Court of Appeals ruled unanimously on Monday that the D.C. Bar’s Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) unconstitutionally subpoenaed documents from former President Donald Trump’s former DOJ official Jeffrey Clark in violation of his Fifth Amendment rights.
In addition to facing ODC disciplinary charges for his role in assisting Trump in handling the 2020 presidential election irregularities, Clark is being prosecuted along with Trump and others in two criminal cases. The court issued its decision immediately after a hearing on Friday.
The court issued a brief opinion, stating that a lengthier one will come out later. “ODC’s motion to enforce its subpoena is denied because it infringes on Mr. Clark’s Fifth Amendment right not to be compelled to be a witness against himself,” the court ruled. more

Miracles do happen
Never count your chickens when living around wolves.
If they can’t prosecute you by law, they bring you to court and destroy you financially.
That’s Justice? This and most what Biden has implemented Looks like fascism to me.
