Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents arrested three illegal aliens in connection with the death of a baby, who allegedly suffered significant bruising on his face.
Police reportedly responded to the Rhode Island residence of the illegal immigrants and discovered the baby boy unresponsive with “significant bruising on his face.”
The infant was later pronounced dead at a local hospital.
