San Diego Man First Ever Person Charged With Smuggling Greenhouse Gases Into America

Legal Insurrection: The DOJ charged Michael Hart of San Diego, CA, with smuggling greenhouse gases and selling them for profit.

I kid you not. Hart is the first person in the nation to face charges “related to the American Innovation and Manufacturing Act of 2020 (AIM Act). The AIM Act prohibits the importation of hydrofluorocarbons (HFCs), commonly used as refrigerants, without allowances issued by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).” more

  1. Packing a truck with illegals under hay bales and trafficking them across the border = good.

Taking a few cans of compressed refrigerant concealed under a tarp and tools across the border = bad.

    The more you know.

  2. One of these days you just know that the ecoweenies and their allies in the govt. will start charging an excess carbon tax after every time you eat at Taco Hell because it causes you to fart and release excess stinky emissions into ma gaia’s precious atmosphere. And don’t you dare eat beef because of all the bs emissions caused by cow farts. Oh, the humanity, leave us the hell alone you ecoweenie morons. I’ve heard that termites contribute more to globull warming than all the cow farts do. And there’s far more termites than there are cows.

  3. Michael, you should have gotten into the Fentanyl business. Less risk, more reward. And you’re only killing useless people instead of the precious planet.

  4. Like Patrick McGoohan says in the intro to The Prisoner, “I am not a number, I am a free man.” And I refuse to believe all the bs lies that the left constantly spews out about so called globull warming. The truth will set you free which makes me a free man, the lies of the left leads to death and destruction. All the episodes of The Prisoner are currently on the ROKU streaming channel, and I am rewatching them again as this is still my all-time favorite British TV program ever. ROKU also has earlier Patrick McGoohan B&W spy thrillers on like Danger Man from the early 60’s and Secret Agent Man as well which were precursors to The Prisoner.

  5. Back during the Carboniferous, there were so many cows that there were spontaneous atmospheric, methane explosions! Imagine it. It’s the source of “The Cow Jumped Over The Moon” story, you know.
